Flooring
We install luxury vinyl plank, engineered and solid hardwood, laminate and tile. We pull up the old floor, fix the subfloor where it is soft or uneven, and finish with new base and shoe molding. Leveling matters: one of our clients said we leveled everything and checked the measurements over and over, and that is how every floor goes in.
Painting and drywall
Interior painting of walls, ceilings, trim and doors, with real prep: patching, sanding, caulking and priming stains so they do not bleed through. We repair water-damaged ceilings, patch holes from old fixtures, and skim-coat rough walls in older homes.
Carpentry and the punch list
New interior doors and trim, baseboards, stair repairs, closet systems, shelving, sticking doors and drafty windows. Send us the list. We will price it as one visit instead of five.
Real SRC results
Honey oak peninsula to an open kitchen with a navy island
The old oak peninsula closed the room off. SRC took it out, opened the plan, and built a long Midnight Navy island with a white quartz top, bar seating for three, white shaker perimeter cabinets and three pendants over the island.
