Homes we remodel in Norridge
Norridge is almost entirely brick: Georgians, bungalows and ranches from the 1940s through the 1960s, built well and kept carefully. Inside, many still have the original layouts, cabinets and tile, which makes them perfect candidates for a remodel that keeps the solid bones and updates everything you touch.
What Norridge homeowners ask us to build
In Norridge we do a lot of full kitchen remodels, retro bathroom tear-outs, basement family rooms with a bar, and refinishing or replacing original floors.

Kitchen Remodeling in Norridge
Most Chicago-area kitchens we walk into were built for a different way of living: a closed room, a peninsula that blocks traffic, oak cabinets that ran out of room years ago.

Norridge sits a few minutes from our shop. Brick Georgians here usually have a second floor with one bathroom, and adding a half bath or reworking that bathroom is one of the most valuable changes you can make.

Peach tub alcove to a walk-in tile shower
A 1970s arched alcove with a peach tub and sliding glass came out to the studs. In went a curbless-style walk-in shower with a built-in bench, a full-width shampoo niche and brushed gold fixtures.
